Users should never provide withdrawal-enabled API keys, private keys, seed phrases, or exchange passwords to Bamboozer.

Bamboozer may use information to:

• Provide subscriptions and Credits
• Provide AI analysis tools
• Provide trading automation tools
• Provide API integrations
• Provide marketplace access
• Provide referral features
• Process payments, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and billing disputes
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and prohibited conduct
• Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, payment processor, and risk management requirements
• Improve the Platform, troubleshoot issues, conduct analytics, and develop new features
• Send service messages, security notices, product updates, billing notices, and marketing communications where permitted by law

By using the Platform, submitting personal data, or interacting with us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes described in this Policy, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

You may withdraw consent by contacting us. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide certain services.

Marketing communications may include unsubscribe options where required.

Bamboozer may disclose personal data to payment processors, card networks, banks, billing providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support providers, email providers, security service providers, infrastructure providers, database providers, third-party exchanges and API providers where necessary, professional advisers, auditors, insurers, legal counsel, corporate service providers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or government agencies where required or permitted by law.

Bamboozer does not sell user personal data.

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, referral attribution, affiliate tracking, and service improvement.

Users can control cookies through browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.

Security measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, password hashing, logging, environment segregation, vendor due diligence, internal access restrictions, and periodic review.

No online system is completely secure. Users are responsible for device security, passwords, two-factor authentication, and exchange API permission settings.

You should ensure your account and billing information is accurate and updated.

Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access to personal data that we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed.

You may request correction of inaccurate personal data. We may require verification before processing access or correction requests.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for business, legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or service purposes. After retention is no longer necessary, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of personal data, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

Personal data may be transferred to or processed in countries outside Singapore by our cloud, payment, analytics, support, security, or infrastructure providers.

Where required by the PDPA, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that overseas recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the protection under the PDPA.

If we become aware of a data breach, we will assess whether it is notifiable under the PDPA and take steps required by applicable law.

Where legally required, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals within the applicable timeframe.
