Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bamboozer, including our website, dashboard, subscription plans, Credits, AI asset analysis tools, exchange API connectivity, trading automation tools, strategy marketplace, referral functions, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing a subscription, using Credits, connecting an exchange API, or using any automation tool, you agree to these Terms.

Bamboozer is operated by VIDI VICI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore with Unique Entity Number UEN 202202779W.

In these Terms, VIDI VICI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. may be referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our".

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You must not be located in, resident in, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where the use of trading automation, digital asset tools, derivatives, crypto exchanges, or related services is prohibited.

We may require identity, business, compliance, anti-fraud, or risk checks before allowing access to certain features.

Bamboozer is a software-as-a-service platform for AI market analysis, user-configured trading automation, API connectivity, bot management, strategy configuration, copy-trading configuration, and marketplace access.

The Platform is not a broker, exchange, fund manager, financial adviser, payment institution, remittance provider, custodian, trustee, deposit-taking business, or investment product provider.

We do not hold, receive, pool, custody, or control your trading capital. Your assets remain with your own third-party exchange or wallet provider.

We do not provide personal financial advice, investment recommendations, managed account services, discretionary trading services, or guaranteed returns.

All AI asset analysis, indicators, signals, strategy templates, marketplace content, and bot settings are provided for software, educational, informational, and automation purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, or trade any asset.

Trading involves substantial risk. Digital assets, derivatives, futures, margin products, and leveraged trading can result in rapid and total loss of capital.

Past performance, historical results, backtests, AI outputs, simulations, copy-trading results, screenshots, leaderboards, or creator claims do not guarantee future performance.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, exchange settings, leverage, margin, position sizing, stop-loss settings, bot configuration, and risk management.

You must provide accurate, complete, and updated account information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, two-factor authentication, devices, wallets, and exchange API keys.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, account compromise, API compromise, or fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, suspicious activity, unauthorised access attempts, prohibited conduct, or compliance concerns.

You may connect supported third-party exchanges using API keys generated from your own exchange account.

For trading automation, you should generally use read and trade permissions only and should not enable withdrawal permissions.

You are responsible for API permissions, exchange security, account restrictions, exchange fees, liquidation rules, slippage, order rejection, downtime, and third-party system failures.

We are not responsible for losses caused by exchange API errors, exchange outages, market volatility, liquidation, slippage, account restrictions, third-party platform insolvency, or incorrect API settings.

Bamboozer Credits are internal platform usage Credits used to access software features, such as AI asset analysis, strategy marketplace access, copy-trading activation, and bot creation or operation.

Credits are not cash, stored value, e-money, securities, deposits, payment tokens, financial products, or investment products.

Credits cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred outside the Platform, or exchanged for money unless we expressly state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

We may adjust Credit balances to correct errors, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, manual corrections, promotional reversals, or system issues.

Free Plan users receive a maximum balance of 100 Credits per monthly cycle.

The Free Plan is refilled back to 100 Credits each month. It does not accumulate above 100 Credits.

Example: if a Free Plan user uses 50 Credits this month, the next month the system tops up 50 Credits to bring the balance back to 100 Credits.

Free Plan users are not counted as Active Subscribed Users for Affiliate or Team Leader calculations. Only paid subscribers with an active Basic, Pro, or Premium subscription count as Active Subscribed Users.

AI asset analysis costs 10 Credits per analysis run.

Copy-trading strategy activation or strategy execution costs from 300 Credits per strategy per month, unless a different price is shown at checkout.

AI-created bots such as Grid, DCA, or other automation bots cost from 300 Credits per bot per month, unless a different price is shown at checkout.

One bot generally means one exchange API, one exchange account, one strategy, or one trading pair configuration.

Different exchanges, different accounts, different API keys, different strategies, or different trading pairs require separate bots and separate Credit charges.

Example: BTC bot + ETH bot + SOL bot on the same exchange account = 3 bots. At 300 Credits per bot per month, total consumption is 900 Credits per month.

Pausing, cancelling, and restarting the same bot within the same monthly usage cycle does not trigger a second charge for the same bot instance.

Marketplace strategies, indicators, bot templates, copy-trading profiles, and educational content may be provided by us or third-party creators.

Marketplace content is not guaranteed, verified investment advice, or a managed trading service.

You are responsible for reviewing risks, drawdowns, market assumptions, creator claims, fees, leverage, and compatibility before activating any strategy.

We may approve, reject, remove, suspend, delist, or limit marketplace content at our discretion.

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly or annually according to the plan selected at checkout.

Prices, features, Credit allocations, usage limits, and promotional bonuses may change from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively unless required by law or agreed by the user.

Annual plans may receive a discount and Bonus Credits according to the Pricing Page.

Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.

Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal if they do not wish to continue.

Do not use the Platform for illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, fraud, hacking, credential theft, unauthorised access, spam, or abusive behaviour.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or bypass Platform security or usage limits.

Do not create fake accounts, abuse referrals, manipulate Affiliate tracking, submit fraudulent payments, or initiate bad-faith chargebacks.

Do not present Platform content as guaranteed profit, regulated investment advice, or managed account performance.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, plan, Credit rule, marketplace item, bot type, API integration, or reward campaign.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, exchange API changes, third-party outages, and security incidents may affect service availability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect loss, consequential loss, third-party platform failures, exchange failures, API errors, market volatility, or user configuration errors.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the relevant subscription plan during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is required by Singapore law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, violation of law, trading activity, API use, marketplace content, referral abuse, or third-party claims caused by your conduct.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal risk, chargeback abuse, prohibited conduct, or regulatory concern.

You may cancel your subscription through the dashboard or by contacting support, subject to the Refund Policy.

Upon termination, your access to paid features may end, but provisions on disclaimers, liability, indemnity, data retention, governing law, and dispute resolution will continue where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, unless the Company chooses to resolve a dispute through mediation, arbitration, or another process permitted under Singapore law.

Users should first contact support to attempt to resolve any billing, refund, account, or service issue in good faith.
